Obituary For Alexis Foreman

With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Alexis Foreman on September 2nd, 2020.

Funeral service will be September 12th, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Sewell Mortuary Chapel

Alexis Monique Foreman was born on December 19, 1985 in Rocky Mount, NC to Stacey M. Foreman and the late Pauline Sumler Foreman at North General Hospital.

She attended and graduated from Rocky Mount public schools.

She leaves to cherish her memories her father Stacey M., stepmother Claudette Foreman; her grandfather and grandmother Henry and Carol Davis; two sisters Stacy A. Foreman from Rocky Mount, NC, Kiara A. Foreman from Rocky Mount, NC; Shannon Sebre Sinkfield of Luthersville, GA; one brother Nicolas Deandra from Rocky Mount, NC; six aunts, two uncles; and a host of cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Friday the 11th, from 3 to 6 PM at the funeral home.

    My dear cousin Alexis Foreman I never got the chance to interact with you, but I know you was just as kind and sweet as your mother. May you Rest in Peace in the loving hands of GOD.     My Lexii Pooh . My best friend my Go to girl . I love you more than you will ever ever know. Being able to experience you in my life was just an amazing experience. There was never a dual moment when you were around. All the joys , the laughter , the talks the hugs and the I love you's were all heart warmed and genuine . You will forever be missed and loved. You always told me to stand up and do what's right . Never allow someone to dictate my life and be HAPPY no matter what . I will forever cherish that advice . You are finally at peace . No more hurting or hiding your pain. I pray you will watch over us all . I send my condolences to your family and the rest of your friends.     Alexis i love u im so sorry that this day had to come but god knew what was ahead and god makes no mistakes i will never ever forget your loving heart and soul and your beautiful smile your phone calls to encourage me the trips we would go on together and we had so many great times together u were a friend a sister and much more u gave even while still hurting and in pain we had a bond. That was special your family is hurting we love u genuinely and we know u can finally be at peace in heaven kingdom no more hurt and pain but joy,happiness, and peace to your family i send my condolences and i pray god gives u peace in knowing Baby girl Alexis got her wings and can fly
