Obituary For Hazel Mitchell Hall

Sewell Mortuary in Grantville respectfully announces the passing of Hazel Mitchel Hall on January 19th, 2018

Funeral service is Friday January 26th, 2018 at 1:00 pm from St. Paul Holiness Church Hwy 85.

Visitation is January 25th, from 12:30 to 6 pm at Sewell Mortuary.

On October 1, 1947 in Alvaton, Georgia, the late Effie C. Mitchell and Tommy Lee Mitchell was blessed with the birth of a daughter Hazel Nell Mitchell. She received her education in Meriwether County School System.

Later in life Hazel was joined into holy matrimony with Johnny Hall. She was employed at Hi-Brand Foods for 28 years. After the company time expired in Peachtree City, she later went on to be employed at the Peachtree Conference Center for only a short time. Being the loving person that she was she also was a caregiver to several families.

Hazel is preceded in death by her two brothers, Tommy Lee Mitchell and Willie Lee Mitchell; and one sister, Mary Louise Mitchell.

Hazel is survived by her children, Charles D. Mitchell of Haralson, GA, Reginald (Deborah) Hall of Luthersville, GA, Charlotte (Ronald) Cameron of Greenville, GA; seven grandkids, seven great grandkids; one aunt, Carrie Mitchell; sisters, Mary Jean Mitchell of Newnan, GA, Annie Clara Willard (late Ezekial) of Homestead, FL; brothers, Minister Dennis (Minnie) Mitchell of Decatur, GA, Mack A. (Nellie) Mitchell of Alvaton, GA; a host of nieces and nephews. One nephew she took in as her own, Mark Q. Stargell; sister-in-law, Annie Jean Mitchell of Luthersville, GA; and a devoted grandson-in-law, Larry Woods.
