Funeral service is April 9th, 2:00 pm at Bluff Springs CME Church in Waverly Hall Ga.
Visitation is April 8th from 3 to 6 pm at K K Sewell Funeral home, in Manchester.

My heart goes out to the family and friends of Mr. Carter in this difficult time. In Acts 24:15 the scripture saids, " And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. So I hope you all find in knowing what Jehovah promises us in the future.
