Obituary For Johnny F. Favors
K. K. Sewell Funeral Home in Manchester respectfully announces the passing of Johnny F. Favors on March 28th, 2020.
Graveside service is Monday the 6th at 2:00 PM at Cane Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is on Sunday the 5th from 1 to 4 PM at K K Sewell Funeral Home.
Johnny Frank Favors was born February 12 1951 to Robert and Laura Favors in Manchester, Ga He departed this life on March 28 2020 at Piedmont Medical Center in Columbus, Ga
Johnny Frank has worked most of his life from delivering groceries for Bradshaw as a teenager to working in the Cotton Mill He worked at Mead until it closed Johnny then went to Weyerhaeuser until his health failed called him, could tell you what was wrong with your car just by listening to it.
Johnny never met a stranger He was loved by his family and friends.
Johnny could play a mean game of pool and have won many trophies for that skill
OnFebruary 17 19 77 he was united in holy matrimony to Essie Mae Favors who proceeded him in death To this union three children were born
He was preceded in death by four sisters Peggy Favors, Mary Favors, Emma Ruth Favors and Dink Raymond, three brothers Robert Favors Jr, Alex Favors and Clifford Terry one son in law, Ganterrious Snelling Sr
He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Chanta Favors Mainor ( of Evans, Ga and Nicole Favors of Manchester, Ga one son, Courtney Favors Laketus of Warm Springs, Ga 8 grandchildren ( Kylan, Javon, Maliyah, Justin, Myla, Terezs and Essynce one brother, Donald “ Favors of Manchester, Ga and a host of nieces, nephews and friends
