Obituary For Juanita Clemons Dean

Sewell Mortuary in Grantville respectfully announces the passing of Juanita Clemons Dean, on Dec. 12th, 2017.

Funeral Service Dec. 20th, 2017 11:00 am at Fellowship Baptist Church in Greenville GA.

Visitation: 12/19/2017 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the funeral home.

Juanita Clemons Dean, was born on June 23, 1954 in Hogansville, Georgia to the late Bobby T., Sr. and Jessie Mae Clemons. She heard the Master’s call and entered into eternal rest on December 12th, 2017 at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.

She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and joined the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church. She continued to sing praises in the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Choir until her health began to fail. She was also, president of the Seniors’ Ministry.

She was a graduate of Greenville High School , Class of 1972.

She retired from the State of Georgia Department of Corrections after twenty-seven years of faithful service.

She had an anointed voice and loved to sing praises to the Lord. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting and cooking. She found joy in helping people, especially the elderly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Bobby T., Jr, and O.T. and three sisters, Gussie Bell, Mattie and Sally.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her devoted husband, James, two sons Travis (LaTangela) and Larry; Three daughters, Kimberly (JeRico), Delmetric (Eddye), Krystal; step children, Bobby Jr., Teresa Ann, Rickey, Jackie; Eleven Grandchildren, KaNyia, Kireon, Rodrekean, JeCorey, Domonique, Joshua, Camryn, Danielle, Alex, Kingston, Londyn; two Great-grandchildren, Rodrekean, Jr. and Rylee. Siblings, Willie (Mattie), Betty, Florence, Ruby, Gerilene, Elizabeth, Gloria, and Patricia. Brothers and Sisters in-law, a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
