With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Rodney Thrash on January 3rd, 2023.

A memorial service will be held on January 14th, 2023, at 12 PM in the Sewell Mortuary Chapel.

Rodney was born August 2, 1978 to Jeanette Stewart-Thrash and Jimmy T. Thrash Sr. He joined Mt. Sinai at an early age under the leadership of the late Rev. Fowler. Rodney was a member of the Army GA Defense Force for 13 years as a Sergeant.

He leaves his memories to one son, Decory Britt; Four brothers, Jimmy T. Thrash Jr., Ronald Stewart, Cory (Toby) Jimpson and Runaldo (E.T.) Jimpson; One sister, Daphne Jimpson; Two devoted uncles, Roy Stewart and Robert Stewart; Three devoted friends, Tiffany Britt, Mary (Tootsie) Barnes, Mrs. Sandra Wynn
