Obituary For Vivian Andrews

Sewell Mortuary in Grantville respectfully announces the passing of Vivian Andrews of Newnan GA on 4/27/2018.

Funeral Service Saturday 5/5/18 at 1:00 at Rocky Mtn Baptist Church Luthersville GA.

Visitation: Friday 5/4/18 from 12-6 pm at Sewell Mortuary In Grantville GA.

We come together to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Vivian Andrews (Deanne), a baby girl born December 4, 1966 to Eulise (Eve) Favors-Morman and Joe Davis Birts, who both preceded her. She departed this life April 27, 2018. She accepted Christ at a very early age and united as a member in baptism to the Red Oak Baptist Church, Greenville, Georgia and later, Rocky Mount Bethel Baptist Church where she stood faithfully. Vivian completed her former education at Greenville High in 1984.

In 1986, Vivian began courtship with Darrell Andrews, the man God had appointed as her mate, husband and best friend for life. Their love for each other blossomed into Holy matrimony on November 5, 1999.

Life brought her to complete studies at Chattahoochee Technical College and she received a certificate in Homeland Security. Still inspired to serve people, she was compelled to grow higher in the medical field by meeting the requirements to master the occupation as an EEG/EKG Technician at Newnan-Piedmont Hospital, Newnan, Georgia.

Some of Vivians’ favorite things included traveling, family activities, learning new hobbies, antiquing, and helping others.

She (and Darrell) were blessed with, and leaves to cherish her memories, her devoted and loyal husband, Darrell Andrews, five children, Broderick Hardaway, Ronterrio Martin, Gevonta Andrews, and twins, Kierra & Jamel Andrews; Two grandchildren, Genesea StVil and Hayden Andrews; Sisters, Pamela Roberts of Greenville, Georgia, Lynda (Robert) Cobb of Atlanta, Georgia, Phillippa Birts of Atlanta, Georgia, and a brother, Rodney Blount of Gay, Georgia, and God-sister, Bobbie (Edward) Terry; Father-in-law, Henry Andrews of Homestead, Florida, and Mother-in-law, Carolyn Andrews of Newnan, Georgia; Very devoted aunts, Christine Reeves, Sara Reeves, Maggie Favors, Mary Harris and Josephine Jackson; Three Uncles, Joseph Favors, Rev. Arthur Birts and Leonard Birts and a host of sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews and cousins.

Please allow me to offer my condolences to the, Andrews family, by sharing a Scriptural hope. "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.” Also, he says: “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” - Rev. 21:3-5. This is the hope of the resurrection. I am very sorry for your loss. May God's Word comfort the, Andrews family and all those who loved her. Sincerely, Meryl, jw.org - healingwordsforu@gmail.com
