Sewell Mortuary respectfully announces the passing of Alberta Hill on Dec 16th, 2016.

Funeral service is Friday Dec. 23rd, at 2:00PM from White Oak Baptist Church in Senoia GA.

Visitation will be at Sewell Mortuary in Grantville GA, from 12:00 to 6:00 PM Thursday.

Alberta Hill was born on December 11, 1944 in Meriwether County, Georgia to the late Sandy and Minnie Pearl Anthony.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Marion Edward Hill and to this union two sons were born.

She departed this life peacefully on Friday December 16, 2016 at Harbor Grace Hospice, in Atlanta, Georgia. She accepted Christ into her life at an early age and later joined White Oak Baptist Church, where she also served on the Mother Board for years.

Alberta Hill leaves to cherish her memories Marion Joe Hill and Orrion Antonio Hill. Along with her sons, she had a host of sisters, Irene Harris, Annie Doris Davis, Addie Mae (Curtis) Stokes, and Annie Grace Martin. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews along with plenty of other relatives.
