With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Alice Mae Nalls age 93 on September 22nd, 2022.

Graveside service will be on October 1st at 1 PM at Greater Jehovah Baptist Church in Grantville Ga. We ask that masks be worn for all services.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM on September 30th, 2022 at Sewell Mortuary.

Alice Mae Nalls was born May 5, 1929. She departed this life on September 22, 2022. She was married to the late Henry Nalls Jr. They had seven children.

At an early age, her family moved from Louise, Georgia to Grantville, Georgia. She later joined Jehovah Baptist Church. Alice worked diligently with the youth. She sang in the choir for a period of time. She loved the Lord and truly believed in prayer. A true prayer warrior and intercessor. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Mother Board at Greater Jehovah until her passing. She exemplified a true Proverbs 31 woman of God. Alice worked at Newnan Hospital as a dietician for many years. She also worked on the kitchen committee at Jehovah.

She leaves to mourn her 5 children; Melvin Nalls, Larry Nalls, Clever A. Nalls, Henrietta Johnson and Tony Nalls. Two preceded her in death, Jerome and Linda Nalls. She had three sisters, is survived by one sister, Grace Mitchell. A son-in-law, Willie Frank Johnson, two daughters-in-law; Mary Nalls and Viann Nalls. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
