Ms. Betty Joe Hall was born February 23, 1953 in Meriwether County.  She was the daughter of the late Harmon and Willie Marie Parker-Hall. On Wednesday, January 14, 2015 the Lord came to her and said the battle is over, the victory is won, take your rest .
