With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Bruce Hill on May 14th, 2021.

Funeral service will be May 26th, at 2:30 PM at Sewell Mortuary Chapel.

Mr. Bruce Leon Hill was born in Newnan, GA on February 5, 1961 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Willie C. Hill (Lucretia Reeves Hill). Bruce made his transition at Peidmont Hospital in Atlanta, GA on May 14, 2021.

He grew up in Moreland, GA and graduated from Newnan High School in 1979. Bruce worked as a Mechanic for over 20+ years; He really was a jack of all trades. He currently resided in Buckhead, GA with Rayne. He loved race cars and building motors. In his free time he loved to crack jokes and get him something real good to drink. He also really enjoyed fishing with his buddy Mr. Pete & Mrs. Toni Postell.

One thing about Bruce he didn't mind giving you a piece of his mind and we all loved him for it. He was preceded in death by his sister Anita Faye Hill Byrd, his brother Willie Edward Hill, and brothers-in-law Willie Lewis Freeman and Rick McCrae.

Bruce leaves to cherish his memories, wife Betty Hill, daughter Aundrea Hill (Camari Hill, Kaiden Hill, Deonandre Hill), son Nicholas Hill (Ashton Hill, Lacretia Hill, Nicholas Hill Jr, Ryker Hill), son Darius Reeves- Tomekia (Khadaria Reeves, Khadejah Reeves, Darius Reeves Jr, Malikhi Simpson, Avion Baily, Tiairra Fambro, Jeremiah Fambro), son Marcus Daniels- Ashley (Jaquavious Daniels, Marquavious Daniels, Kohl Daniels, Jayden Daniels, Jaydon Ponder), four sisters and one brother, Irma L. Freeman, Ellen McCrae, Hazel (Allen) Jackson, Linda Hill, and Avery (Gwen) Hill. Rayne Postell and One sister-in-law, Dorothy Hill and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
