Charlie L. Marshall was born January 16, 1956 to the union of the late Henry Jack and Arvella Marshall of Gay, Georgia. He gave his life to the Lord at an early age and was a member of Mt. Venus Baptist Church, Gay, Georgia until his health failed.

Charlie L. Marshall departed his life June 22, 2015. He was united in marriage to Annie Joyce (Parks) Marshall thirty-six years and to this union four children were born, Michael Marshall of Grantville, GA, Patricia Smith (Carlton) of Luthersville, GA, Charlie L. Marshall, Jr. of Luthersville, GA, Rico Marshall of Moreland, GA.

He is survived by his wife, children and seven grandchildren; six sisters, Annie Mae (Henry) Clower of Jonesboro, GA, Mary F. Marshall of Senoia, GA, Henry Jack (late Shirlene) Marshall of LaGrange, GA, Leon (Arlene) Marshall of Alvaton, GA, Annie (late Willie Joe) Williams of Senoia, GA, Ruby (Marshall) Smith of Newnan, GA, Ella M. (Cleveland) Hill of Senoia, GA, Charly Lee (late Brenda) Marshall of Moreland, GA, Esteller (Michael) Sapp of Newnan, GA; two aunts, Eddie Jean Darden, Mary Elllen Frazier; mother-in-law, Dorothy Parks (late Walter Parks); sister-in-law, Wilma Parks; special friend, Patricia Matthew.
