Ms. Cynthia Denise Parks (Baby Sister) was born September 22, 1963 in Troup County Georgia to Frank and Oneva Parks.

Cynthia (Baby Sister) departed this life and entered eternal rest on Saturday December 5, 2015 at West Georgia Medical Center, LaGrange, Georgia.

Cynthia joined New Springfield Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Patrick O. Ivey. Cynthia (Baby Sister) left a lasting impression on all who she came in contact with. She loved the Lord, and loved praising him in her own unique way.

She loved attending school and being around her peers. She first attended the Meriwether Training Center which later turned into Pathways where she attended until her health failed.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Joiner Wimbush Parks and Beatrice Oneal Parks; maternal grandparents, Ruffin Boddie Sr. and Annie Terrell Boddie; one brother, Jerome Parks.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving and caring parents, Frank and Oneva Parks; brother, Darren Parks of Greenville, GA; sister, Dennesser (Ricky) Dozier of LaGrange, GA; special nephew/brother, Ramon Dunson of LaGrange, GA; uncle, Ruffin Boddie of Atlanta, GA; aunts, Carrie Boddie of Greenville, GA, Deloris Boddie of Atlanta, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews,cousins, relatives and friends.
