Henry Lawrence Holder was born on September 16, 1952 to Flora and Henry Holder

who preceded him in death. He had two sisters, Imogene Holder and Janice Puckett,

and two brothers, Rev. James (Darlene) Holder and Matthew Holder, who also preceded

him in death.

He graduated from Booker High School in Lamar County. He was a dedicated Deacon at

Grace Paradise Fellowship Baptist Church.

The sunset for Henry was on March 10, 2026. He leaves to cherish his memory, his

brothers, Warren (Carolyn) Holder and Thomas (Jennie) Holder. A close friend, Penny

White. Grandchildren, Jamir Thurmond and Danaysia Thurmond and host of nieces,

nephews and friends.

Henry was a member of Grace Paradise Fellowship Baptist Church, where he served

under Pastor Zachery Holmes for years.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Milner, Georgia.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Milner, Georgia.
