Alvin Parks was born on March 8, 1953, in Meriwether County , Georgia to the Late Bosie Parks Sr. & Annie Parks. He joined New Mount Bethel Baptist Church , of Lutherville, Ga. At an early age. Hugh Alvin Parks entered eternal rest on May 9,2022.

He leaves behind one Sister, Elizabeth Stephens, two Brothers , Ervin Parks Sr. and Lorenzo Parks, five Sister in Laws, Ollie Parks, Marie Parks, Sarah Parks , Martha Jean Parks, and JoAnn Dorsey Parks Five Brothers proceeds him in death: Bosie Parks Jr. , Willis Parks, Theodore Parks, Lamar Parks, Melvin Parks
