IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jeanette
Mcgill
January 9, 1951 – April 10, 2023
Memorial Service
With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Jeanette McGill on April 10th, 2023.
A Memorial service will be held on April 26th, 2023 at 12 PM at Sewell Mortuary Chapel.
Jeanette McGill transitioned on April 10, 2023, in Lovejoy, Georgia at the age of 72. Jeanette was born January 9, 1951, to Rosevelt and Alice Mitchell in Merriweather, Georgia. She was one of twelve children.
Jeanette was a proud, self-proclaimed country girl and wasn't afraid to let you know it. She was a lover of all types of nuts and fruits and knew where she could find the sweetest and ripest ones. Two things she didn't play about were her relationship with God and country living being everything to her.
Her parents, a host of brothers and sisters, and her children, Regina Thomas and Terri Thomas-Reese proceed her in death.
She leaves behind a daughter, Gwendolyn Easley; son, Dayone Easley; a son-in-law, Reginald Reese (Terri Thomas-Reese); her grandchildren, Brittany Robinson (Emmie Robinson, III), Yvonne Wilkins (David Wilkins), Michael Stephens (Princess Masha-Stephens), Monterius Easley (Courtney Easley), Kayla Easley, Kamron Reese, and McKenzie Reese; and great-grandchildren, Lauryn Stephens, Chloe Wilkins, Emmie Robinson, IV, Terrin Robinson, Isaiah, Ivy, Indigo Easley, Paislee Myers, and Princeton Stephens.
Sewell Mortuary is honored to be entrusted with providing end-of-life services to the McGill family.
