Funeral service is January 19th, 1:00 pm at Sewell Mortuary in Grantville.

On the morning of January 15, 2019 our father Joseph (Bull) Favors, Sr was called home to be with his savior.

Mr. Joseph Favors, Sr was born September 21, 1943 to the late John Thomas and Annie Pauline Favors. He was a member of The Red Oak Grove Baptist Church.

He was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Leatha Mae (Shortie) Favors on January 13, 1963.

He leaves to mourn his passing three children Angelia Favors Reeves, Rodney (Natasha) Favors, both of Greenville, GA, Danny (Nellie) Ponder of Newnan, GA, two children preceded him in death, Alicia Favors McGruder and Joseph Favors, Jr; twenty-two grandchildren, forty great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; three sisters, Maggie Favors, Sarah Reeves and Christine Reeves, all of Greenville, GA. He was preceded in death by five sisters and five brothers; two sister-in-laws; a faithful and dedicated nephew Pomp Favors, Jr of Greenville, GA and a host of nieces and nephews.
