Michael was born March 23, 1972 in Harris County, Georgia to Carrie B. Walton-Jackson and the late James R. Jackson.

His brother Willie James Jackson preceded him in death. He entered into rest on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in Thomaston, Georgia.

He leaves to cherish his memories: His mother, Carrie B. Walton-Jackson; two brothers, Curtis Jackson and Ricky Davis; one daughter, Ashley Martin; eight grandchildren; a special cousin, Ayanna Moody; close friends, Queenola and Amos Smith, Melissa Ellison; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
