With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Norman Stewart on September 3rd, 2022.

Funeral Service will be held at John Wesley United Methodist Church in Grantville Ga 30220, on September 10, 2022 at 11 AM.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 PM on September 9th at Sewell Mortuary.

Norman Stewart of Grantville deceased September 3, 2022. Norman was born to the late John T. Stewart and Lucille Woodard-Stewart in 1948.

Born in Philadelphia and at an early age he moved to Georgia with his parents. He joined John Wesley Methodist Church at an early age.

Norman worked for the City of Grantville for 25 years then he worked Turin Trucking Company 15 years. At the age of 22, he married Martha Wortham and together they had 5 children, Timothy Stewart (Mireille), Temica Stewart, Charlotte Stewart, Norma Bernard Stewart (deceased) Dianna L. Stewart (Terrance Reid) Brothers, Roy Stewart, Robert Stewart, Willie Stewart and Thomas Stewart. Sisters Exie Stewart (deceased) Janette Stewart. 16 grand children/great grand children, host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
