With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Patricia Bonner.
The funeral service will be held Saturday the 13th at 2:30pm at Summer Hill Baptist Church Turkey Creek Rd Newnan Ga.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 pm at the mortuary on Friday the 12th.
Patricia W. Bonner was born April 4, 1951 to the late Thomas J. White and Flora M. Dennis she worked at Dundee Meals here in Newnan, Georgia for years and on January 5, 2024 God looked down on her and seen she had fought a good fight. She had finished her course. She had kept the faith, and He called her home to be with him.
She was a woman of God and a faithful member of Pure Church Of Jesus Christ in Atlanta Georgia. She was a mother in the church. Mother Bonner was a dedicated and loving person. She never met a stranger and treated everyone like they was family and once you met her, you would never forget her some called Mother Bonner some called her "Auntie Trit" or "Trit" as her brothers and sisters called her. She was loving Mother to her boys and a faithful wife to her husband, Emmett Bonner she will be truly miss on this earth, but as we know is to be separated from the body is to be present with the Lord, Amen.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, Emmett Bonner, her brothers, William (Butch) Holloway, Riley Holloway, Roosevelt Pete Holloway, Eddie Bolton and Michael Lee Bolton, her sister Betty Ann Bolton, her nieces, Darlene Henderson and Evangelist Latasha R. McCauley.
Mother Patricia Bonner leaves to cherish her memories her brother, Elder Thomas J. (Linda) White, her sisters, Evangelist Artie M (Henry) Stevenson and Flora Mae Bolton, her children, Ulysses Eugene Meriwether, Robert Lee Meriwether and Rev. Sean L. (Reba) Meriwether, Sr., eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends who love her very dearly
