Sewell Mortuary respectfully announces the passing of R. B. Brown on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Mr. Brown was born on Sunday, May 5, 1957.

Arrangements.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Sewell Mortuary Chapel.

Mr. RB Brown was born May 5, 1957 to the late Mr. Sid Brown and Maisel Brown, who

preceded him in death.

He leaves to mourn and cherish his memory, six sisters, Seles Louise Hardaway

(Bishop Daniel Hardaway), Jannie Mae Hines (Reverend Joseph Hines), Shirley Hussie

(Arthur), Loretta Stinson, Linda Slaton (Johnny), and Mary Prather (Walter); three

brothers, Larry James Brown, Willie Glenn Rosser (Wanda), and Willie James Rosser

(Harriett); one sister-in-law, Shanque Brown; one brother-in-law, Robert Slaton; and

a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

RB had four brothers who preceded him in death, Willie James Brown, Sidney Brown,

Anthony Brown and Bernard Herring; one uncle and one aunt preceded him in death,

John Hinton and Eva Rosser and one nephew, Larry Donnell Brown (Lil Bill).
