With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Rickley Reeves on December 10th, 2019.

Funeral Service is Sunday, December 15th, 2:00 pm at Mt Pilgrim Baptist Church in Greenville Ga.

Visitation is Saturday the 14th, from 1 to 4 pm at Sewell Mortuary.

On Tuesday, December 10, 2019 Mr. Rickley Lee Reeves departed from this world and he is now resting. God sent an angel to Upson Regional Medical Center in Thomaston, Georgia. He was the son of the late Mr. Perry Reeves and Mrs. Lillie Reeves. He attended Greenville Consolidated High School. At an early age he joined Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church. Mr. Rickley Reeves was a hard working man. He helped everybody in the community. He loved to walk, talk junk and make you laugh. He loved to work at Dollar General in the morning in Woodbury, Georgia. He love picking peaches. He had five brothers, Perry Reeves, Cecil Reeves, Robert Reeves, Author Reeves, Aremon Reeves preceded him in death. He leaves to cherish his memory his four sisters, Georgia Thrash of Greenville, GA, Mozella Whaley of Cincinnati, OH, Martha Nealy of Warner Robins, GA, Barbara Strozier of Woodbury, GA; two brothers, Bennie (Twin) Reeves, David (Arleigon) Reeves both of Atlanta, GA; one Goddaughter, Keyona McLaughlin; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and many many friends.
