Visitation is scheduled for Friday 12/1/17 from 1:00- 6:00 pm Sewell Mortuary in Grantville GA.

Funeral service is Saturday 12/2/17 at 11:00 am at Sewell Mortuary Chapel in Grantville.

INTERMENT: White Oak (Old Grave Site) Harrison, Georgia

Mr. Robert Byrd Zackery Was Born in Coweta County on May 4th 1938 to late John Zackery of Troup County and the Late Elnora (Ector) Zackery of Coweta. He departed from this earth November 27th 2017. He was the eldest brother of two sisters the late Mary Lois Zackery Jackson and Pastor Roberta Zackery Melson (Eddie Melson), one brother James David Zackery.

In 1958 he was united in holy matrimony to Mrs. Annie Pearl Tennie Zackery and was blessed with two children, Shirley Zackery and Charlie Zackery (Gwen Zackery). He was the father of Mary Phillips (Donald Roberts) Tisa Phillips (Bernard Phinazee) Lisa Moss (Kenneth Foster) Eulisa Phillips, Cynthia Render(Johnny Snellings) and the late Robert Byrd Render. He leave behind 21 Grand Children and 38 great grand children and 6 great great grand children.

Mr. Robert Byrd Zackery dedicated 34 years of his life as the lead guitar player for the Golden Jubilees of Gay Georgia. Robert Byrd will be truly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.
