With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Ronnie Owens, age 58, on May 3rd, 2025.

Viewing will be held from 5 to 6 PM on Friday, May 9th, 2025.

There will be a private funeral service.

Mr. Ronnie Owens was born on July 12, 1966 to the late Daisy Revell, whomed lived in Greenville, Georgia.

He parted this life on May 3, 2025 in the comfort of his home in Greenville, Georgia with his 3 daughters aiding and near his side.

In 1984, Ronnie began courtship with his late wife, Rochelle Owens, and they were married for 39 years.

Ronnie has worked as a logger majority of his whole life.

He leaves to cherish his memories: three daughters; Shekina Owens, Lisa Owens, and Michelle Owens of Greenville, Ga. One sister, Lisa Ford of Greenville, Ga. Two brothers; Eddie Ford, Sr. and Jamie Ford, both of Greenville, Ga. Two grandsons; Troy Jennings, Jr. and Tray Jennings, and two more on the way. Two granddaughters; Mercedes Harris and Amina Taylor. Two late brother-inlaws; Richard Carlock and Darnell Parks. One living brother-in-law, Crawford Parks, Jr. of Lagrange, Ga. Three sisters-in-law; Teresa Truitt (Jafus Truitt), and Jackie Delaney, both of Lagrange, Ga. and Mary Parks of Greenville, Ga. Special cousin and best friend, Danny Revell (Lorrie) of Greenville, Ga. and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
