Rosa Bell Hall was born on June 12, 1949 to the late Rosa L. Hall and James Hall, Sr. in Talbotton, Georgia.

On Friday, July 8, 2016, Rosa gained her wings.

She leaves to cherish her memories, a loving family: her one and only daughter, Vanessa Searcy-Dixon (Sheldon) of Manchester, GA; two sisters, Annette Holmes of Talbotton, GA, Tanya Carter (Julius) of Shiloh, GA; five brothers, Amos Hall (B.J.) of Vacaville, GA, Johnny Hall, Sr. and Gary Halll of Talbotton, GA, Stanley Hall (Janice) of Shiloh, GA, and Kenny Freeman of South Dakota; four grandchildren, ShaKirsten, Shaquille, Shamaar, and Shavezz; four great grandchildren, Jamari, Jamon, Jaliyah, and Jayce; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
