With humble respect, K. K. Sewell Funeral Home in Manchester announces the transition of Sammy Patrick on October 22nd, 2020.

Graveside service will be October 29th, at 2 pm at Powell Baptist Church in Talbotton Ga

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 pm October 28th, at the funeral home.

Mr. Sammy Lee Patrick was born on April 15, 1951 to late Mr. Square Patrick and Emma Wilson in Talbotton, Georgia. Raised by late Mattie Patrick (stepmother). He entered into eternal rest on October 22nd.

Sammy was united in holy matrimony to late Janice Marie Collier Patrick in February 15, 1992.

Sammy Lee enjoyed fishing, spending time with family and friends. He worked many years logging.

He is preceded in death by two sisters, Lillian Crenshaw and Mary Howard; one brother, Square Patrick Jr.

Sammy Lee leaves to cherish his memories a loving daughter, Teisha Johnson (Ronnie Johnson) of Florida; stepdaughter, Alexis Collier of Talbotton, GA; two sisters, Willie Jean Patrick, Clotee Smith of Talbotton, GA; five brothers, Steve Patrick of Greenville, GA, Alfred Patrick of Talbotton, GA, Quinton Patrick (Heneretta) of Albany, Clayton Patrick and Anthony Patrick of Talbotton, GA; one grandson, Ronnie Johnson, Jr. of Florida; a Godson, Gerald Edge of Talbotton, GA; a host of nieces, nephew and friends who will miss Sammy Lee dearly.
