With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Sammy Roberts on Monday, July 12th, 2021.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday July 20th, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Eastview Cemetery in Newnan, GA.

Visitation will be on Monday the 19th from 4 to 6 PM at Sewell Mortuary.

Mr. Sammy Glenn Roberts was born on May 3, 1948 to the late Mr. Willie Mack and Alice Mae Roberts. He was called home on July 12, 2021 after a short illness.

He is preceded in death by brothers Willie C. Roberts, Coley Roberts and Melvin Roberts; sisters Bertha Zackery and Marian Love.

He leaves to cherish memories, brothers, Mr. Clearance Roberts, Mr. Andrew Roberts, Mr. Horace Roberts, Mr. Henry Roberts (Mary Frances); sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Cook, Mrs. Betty Bolton (Willie), Mrs. Emma Horton, Mrs. Teresa Blandenburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
