Sister Shirley Cochran was born August 29, 1965 in Warm Springs, Georgia to Mrs. Mattie Ward and the late Mr. Mack Ragland.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mattie Ward; one aunt, Ida Brown; a host of cousins and friends; a special friend, Walter Ponder.
