With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Steven Davison on June 27th, 2022.

The funeral service will be Monday, July 11th, 12:00 PM at First Newnan Seventh Day Adventist Church on Yeager Rd in Newnan Ga

Visitation is from 1 to 3 PM on July 10th, at Sewell Mortuary.

Steven Michael Davison was born October 11, 1973, to Bennie Davison & Geraldine (Geri) (Thompson) Davison in Los Angeles, California. On June 27, 2022, the Angel of God whispered: You fought a good fight, You have kept the faith, The battle is fought, and the victory is won; Come now and take your rest.

Steven spent his early childhood years in Los Angeles California and attended LA Union SDA School. While taking bible study classes Steven accepted Christ and was baptized at Maranatha SDA Church in 1986.

Steven moved to Georgia in 1987 and attended OP Evans Middle School and Newnan High School where he met many new friends.

Steven had a passion and desire for helping others and was a former Coweta County Firefighter/EMT. Steven also had a love for driving trucks and pursued and got his Commercial Driver's License working for various major companies including US Express and FedEX before his health started to decline. Steven loved animals and fishing.

Steven leaves behind his mother Geraldine (Geri) Davison and his father Bennie Davison. He also leaves behind his daughter Shaikeedra Smith and son-in-law Taurean Smith and two grandchildren, Tori Smith and Tyler Smith and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends
