With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Terry Barber on December 26th, 2020.

The funeral service will be on January 2nd, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Shiloh Baptist Church.

Visitation will be December 31st, from 2 to 4 PM at Sewell Mortuary.

Mr. Terry Barber was a very outgoing individual who will always be remembered for his unique ability o entertain everyone in his presence. He had a passion for children. He was born on February 2, 1968 to Mr. Fred Perdue who has preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Minnie Lue Barber of Luthersville, GA; four sisters Mary Tucker (John) of Luthersville, GA, Vickie Russell (Johnny II) of Lutherville, GA, Marquiata Barber of Luthersville, GA, and Angela (Keith) Blackshear of Senoia, GA; brother Sylvester (Id Mae) Barber of Gay, GA; God-sisters Joann, Shirley and Sallie; one aunt Barnell Thrash of Senoia, GA; two great aunts Mae Bell Leslie of Gay, GA, Leslie Simpson of Detriot, MI; one uncle Edward (Velma) Mitchell of Grantville, GA; long time companion Regina Byrant; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Mary Nell Mitchell; three aunts Geraldine Martin, Eva Mae Mitchell and Annie Bell Pope; and one uncle William Mitchell.
