Obituary
K K Sewell Funeral Home respectfully announces the passing of Mr. Tom Self, on April 19th, 2017.
The memorial service will be held 11:00 am Friday, May 26 at Cove Baptist Church, 4659 Cove Rd, Woodbury, GA 30293.
With heartfelt anticipation we welcome your attendance in support of his sweet wife Jeanette Self and all those in attendance who have many fond memories of Tom Self.
