Willie was born to the late Ida Mae Ferguson and the late Walter McCoy.

He was a member of the True Mount Temple Church in Warm Springs, Georgia. He enjoyed family, friends and life.

One sister preceded him in death, Queenie White.

He leaves to mourn, three sisters, C. M. Revell of Manchester, GA, Sarah Hudson of Jonesboro, GA, and Mary Howard (Freddie) of Columbus, GA; two brothers, James Owens (Angela) of Lutherville, GA, and Sam Ferguson (Dollie) of Warm Spring, GA; host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends; special friends, Necy Henderson and children.
