With humble respect, Sewell Mortuary in Grantville announces the transition of Willie Jackson on March 28th, 2023.Funeral service will be April 1st at 2 PM at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Greenville Ga.Visitation is from 3 to 6 PM on March 31st at Sewell Mortuary.Deacon Willie James “ Snow “ Jackson was born October 13,1937 In Meriwether county to late Clarence Sr. and Opal leeJackson. He transitions from this life to be with the lord onTuesday March 28, 2023.He confessed his life to Christ at an early age and joined ClarksChapel Methodist Church then later moved his membership toZion Hill Baptist Church to join his wife where he served on theusher board,and Faithfully on the deacon board until hisdeparture.He had many trades and talents such as farming ( gardening ) ,mechanic, construction, bus driver and many more in his time oflife. He loved the outside country life.He is preceded in death by his wife Charlie Mae Jackson, sonAnthony James Jackson and great – grandson Braylin Jackson.He leaves to cherish his memories his three sons Tyrone (MaryK.), Jerome (Melinda) and Reginald Sr. (Mary) Jackson. Specialdaughter/granddaughter Iesha Jackson. Nine grandchildren, eight- great grandchildren. Four sisters Virginia Jackson of CollegePark GA, Regina Jackson of Grantville GA, Hazel Nalls ofLutherville GA. Melissa Banks from Stockbridge, Ga.
